The hotel has 6 rooms which are equipped with the basic necessities of life keeping in accordance to a simple village life. Each room has a balcony area to sit outside, receives daily Hindi newspaper, filtered drinking water and toiletries. Hot & cold water is supplied on guest request.

The hotel has a common dining hall located within the village and keeping with the ambiance of the place it is made of bamboo and thatch and serves the local vegetarian Kumaoni food along with a few choices of continental dishes.

The rest of the services are either provided on request or remains chargeable. Yoga classes are held on request from guests whereas parking, internet facility, outdoor activities, bonfire and arrangement for water sports would cost extra. Moreover taxi services, bicycle on hire, transfer to and fro from airport and railway station, doctor on call, guide and sightseeing facilities also remain chargeable.

Guests need to bear in mind that it is advisable for them to book any Safari visits prior to reaching the venue. They can interact with the hotel to organise the Safari itinerary. Only 71 vehicles are allowed to enter the National Park from 3 different zones at a given time. Safaris need to be booked on 15 days advance notice.
